Neptune (all colors) - Back in stock this Saturday, November 9, at 11 AM U.S. Eastern Time.  Please note: we should have enough quantities of all colorways based on previous restocks, but demand is always difficult to predict. Also, this will be the last restock of Neptunes for the year, with the next batch coming in March/April 2020. 


Hydra (all colors) - Returning mid/late-November,  limited quantity still available at Grand Central Watch, call (212) 685-1689 for availability.

FAQs:


I've heard that stock can go pretty quickly. What if I miss out? 


We restock on a rolling basis, as they are assembled. Our goal is always to have a watch for anyone who wants one. 


Will adding the watch to my cart reserve it while I check out? 


No, our e-commerce platform does not allow this feature. If it did, one person could theoretically hijack the entire store by adding an infinite number of watches to their cart. 


We realize that racing through the checkout process isn't fun, but this is precisely why we aim to restock consistently and regularly. 


What methods of payment are accepted? 


We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Google Pay. 


Would you be willing to do pre-orders or a deposit to reserve a watch? 


We tried doing this last winter, and suffice it to say, it isn't our preferred way. By nature, pre-orders mean that money is being held up for a long time, which puts undue pressure and stress on all parties: customers, us, as well as our manufacturing partners. 


It's a more pleasant experience for everyone to have watches shipped shortly after purchase. And if you do miss out and have to wait for the next restock, at least we won't be holding on to your money.
