Warranty Information

Our warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship that may occur with normal and reasonable use during the warranty period. In these cases, Lorier will cover the costs of repair/replacement of the product(s) and/or parts of products that prove to be defective under normal and reasonable use. The warranty period is valid through 12 months after the date of purchase.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@lorierwatches.com. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our service center. If the claim is approved, Lorier will cover return shipping.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or replacements for the following:

1. Repairs necessitated by use other than normal and/or reasonable use.

2. Blemishes caused by normal wear and tear.

3. Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.

4. Any damages that may arise after any unauthorized work is attempted.

5. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

6. Damage to the sapphire crystal. Sapphire is an exceptionally hard material — any crack or chip is the result of significant impact rather than a defect in material or workmanship, and falls outside normal wear and tear.
