The Hyperion is our platonic ideal of the GMT archetype. With its case measuring a classic 39mm (37mm at the bezel), it makes for a versatile and refined travel companion. We made it for those who prefer to fly in style, giving it details like gilt accents on a glossy black dial, paired with mature tones of red and blue. It's supremely practical as well, featuring a sapphire crystal and bidirectional 24-click sapphire bezel, a Miyota 9075 movement with an independently adjustable hour hand (commonly called a "true" or "flyer's" GMT), and 100 meters of water resistance.

The Classic Jet-Setter
The Hyperion is our platonic ideal of the GMT archetype, the perfect companion for those who prefer to travel in style.
Background
Remember when people would get dressed up to fly? We made the Hyperion for exactly that. After all, the act of flying hasn't changed—crossing continents is still a big deal if you think about it. Wearing the Hyperion is a stubborn belief in that idea. Though your smartphone may adjust to local time automatically, there's an ineffable magic to moving the hour hand or the bezel one hour at a time, a mechanical metaphor for miles traveled.
But even outside of travel, the Hyperion lends itself perfectly to daily wear. It says you're not limited to one time zone, embodying a cosmopolitan spirit of wider horizons, higher ambitions, and openness to new possibilities. And of course, it does all that with a touch of class.
Design Notes
A GMT watch is busy by nature, so we took great care to harmonize the many elements it requires. This starts with the fact that two time zones must be tracked at once, one of them on a 24-hour scale. The bezel requires 24 markings and the ability to quickly differentiate day and night hours, so we chose understated tones of red and blue, minimizing visual noise while giving it a more distinguished, mature look. We found these colors make it easier to wear as well, because they don't clash the way brighter tones often do. The sapphire bezel's markings are now differentiated from the dial indices (linear versus round), making the two time zones easier to tell apart at a glance.
Under the sapphire crystal, the dial is finished in a deep glossy black with gilt applied indices, a reference to Jet Age sophistication. The dauphine-style hands are shaped to evoke a sense of Concorde-esque aerodynamics, with the enlarged GMT hand triangle making it easier to track time zones at a glance.
Size
There's a reason the classics are the classics. The Hyperion's dimensions hail from a time when designers weren't restrained by numbers on a spec sheet, but instead had the freedom to simply do what looked right.
At 39mm wide with a 37mm bezel, the Hyperion has a handsome wrist presence that works well on larger wrists without overwhelming smaller ones. It never feels out of place, easily dressing up or down.
The bracelet tapers from 20mm at the case to 16mm at the clasp. Though it is made entirely of solid stainless steel, its taper, combined with fully articulating links, allows it to mold comfortably to the wrist.
Fitting
Standard on all of our bracelets is our quick-adjust clasp. It offers five microadjustment positions (each spaced 2mm apart), allowing for easy sizing without the need for tools while maintaining a sleek profile. Simply squeeze the tabs together and slide the clasp to find your ideal fit.
