How do I place an order?
Add your item to cart and check out directly on the site. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you secure a watch before it ships. Your card is charged at the time of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately and a separate shipping notification once your order is on its way.
When will my pre-order ship?
Expected ship dates are listed on each product page.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. Contact us at info@lorierwatches.com before your order ships and we'll process a full refund.
Can I change or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Contact us at info@lorierwatches.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.
How long does it take to ship my order?
In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination. Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. International delivery times vary by destination.
Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?
Our website automatically calculates the total cost at checkout for international orders, including duties, courier fees, and exchange rates. What you see is what you pay — no surprises on delivery.
What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must arrive back to us within that 14-day window. Items must be returned in original factory condition with all plastic and packaging intact. Any signs of wear may result in the return being rejected and the item sent back to you, or a restocking fee being applied.
How do I initiate a return?

Do you offer exchanges?

Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. You'll be notified by email once it's been processed.
Can I return a pre-order item?
Yes, the same 14-day return window applies starting from the date of delivery.
RESTOCKS & AVAILABILITY
How do I find out when a watch is back in stock?
Sign up for our newsletter at lorierwatches.com. We always give our community advance notice before anything goes live.
Is a sold-out watch the same as discontinued?
Not necessarily. Sold out means we're working on the next run. Discontinued means we've closed the chapter on that model — for now. If you're unsure about a specific watch, reach out and we'll give you a straight answer.

What movements do Lorier watches use?
Lorier watches run on mechanical movements. Movement specifications vary by model — full details are listed on each product page.
What is the water resistance on each model?
The Neptune is rated to 200 meters / 660 feet. The Hyperion, Falcon, and Astra are rated to 100 meters / 330 feet.
What size are the watches?
The Neptune and Hyperion have a 39mm case width with a 46mm lug-to-lug. The Falcon and Astra are 36mm with a 44mm lug-to-lug — a noticeably more compact wear.
What crystal do Lorier watches use?
All current models feature a bubble dome sapphire crystal. Past models used acrylic crystal — a nod to vintage watchmaking and a big part of what gives those watches their character.
What lume do Lorier watches use?
All current models use Superluminova BGW9 on the dial and hands.
What bracelet do Lorier watches come on?
All current models include a stainless steel bracelet with solid endlinks, fully-articulating solid links secured by screw pins, and a push-button quick-adjust clasp with 5 microadjustment slots.
What lug width do Lorier watches use?
Lug width varies by model — full details are listed on each product page.
What's the difference between the Falcon and Astra?
The Falcon and Astra share the same case, movement, and specifications. The difference is the dial design.
What extras are included with each watch?
Every Lorier watch ships with a travel pouch and a 1.4mm flathead screwdriver for bracelet resizing. Pouch material varies by model.
What strap sizes do Lorier watches take?
Most models use either 18mm or 20mm straps. Check the specific product page for the correct size.
Can I swap my own strap?

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Where can I find my watch's owner's manual?
Owner's manuals for all current and past Lorier models are available at lorierwatches.com/pages/care.
How do I set my watch?
Setting instructions vary by model and movement. Refer to your model's owner's manual at lorierwatches.com/pages/care.
How do I resize my bracelet?
All Lorier bracelets are secured by screw pins. A 1.4mm flathead screwdriver is included with every watch for resizing. Detailed instructions are in your owner's manual.
What crystal does my Lorier use?
All current Lorier models use sapphire crystal, which is highly scratch resistant. Past models used acrylic crystal — a nod to vintage watchmaking and a big part of what gives those watches their character.
How do I care for an acrylic crystal?
Acrylic crystals perform best when kept away from chemicals and alcohol, including sunscreen and sprays, which can weaken the crystal over time. For cleaning, use water and a microfiber cloth only. For scratches, Polywatch works well. A how-to guide is available at lorierwatches.com/pages/care.
Can I scratch a sapphire crystal?
Sapphire is highly scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Unlike acrylic, scratches on a sapphire crystal cannot be buffed out — a scratched sapphire crystal requires replacement. Contact us at info@lorierwatches.com if you need servicing.
Can I get a replacement crystal?
Yes. Replacement crystals are $25 plus shipping. You can have a local watchmaker install it, or send the watch in to our service center and the crystal cost will be factored into the service fee.
Where can I get my watch serviced?
Lorier watches can be serviced locally by any qualified independent watchmaker. We also work with authorized service partners — Grand Central Watch in New York and Central Europe Watch Service (CEWS) in Europe. For service inquiries, contact us at info@lorierwatches.com.
How do I send my watch in for service?
Contact us and we'll send you the appropriate intake form. Fill it out and include it with your watch. Make sure the watch is well packaged and protected. Do not include original brand packaging — it will not be returned. Turnaround is typically about three weeks excluding transit time.
Who covers shipping for service?
You are responsible for shipping to the service center and return shipping. If your watch is covered under warranty, Lorier will cover return shipping. International customers should note that any associated duties and broker fees are also their responsibility. For international customers, having a local watchmaker handle repairs may be more cost effective.
What is your warranty?
All Lorier watches are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against defects in material quality or workmanship under normal use.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, accidents, negligence, alterations, or any repairs attempted by unauthorized service providers.
How do I make a warranty claim?
